Eligibility & Requirements

  • Master's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, hydraulic engineering, water resources, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Background in experimental hydraulics, open-channel flow, sediment transport, or river dynamics; CFD/numerical simulation; PIV or other flow/image measurement techniques; MATLAB/Python/R
  • International applicants must meet the Graduate College and Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering's TOEFL/IELTS and credential-evaluation requirements
